Okay, every morning I have a smoothie for breakfast. You can make any variation on it you choose but make sure to blend it for quite a while to make it nice and smooth.
This is my recipe:
1 Large Banana
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup berries of your choice
1 cup water
1.5 cups of kale or spinach
1 scoop of superfood green powder such as Barleans greens
Put it all in a blender and bledn the living hell out of it and drink till its a nice smooth frothy green! Enjoy!
